How do I configure a screen for portrait installation?

Due to limitations in Chrome's current API the best way to achieve portrait is to create another organizational unit (OU) below your existing enrollment one, and override the display rotation setting in that OU. You can either have an additional enrollment user in that OU and enroll the device with that user to get portrait immediately or you can manually move the device into that OU after connecting it.

I don't get any screenshots?

Make sure that you have added the Smartsign Chrome Player extension to the Smartsign ChromeOS player in the Google admin console. Please refer to Configure policies.

What is ChromeOS Flex?

ChromeOS Flex is a version of ChromeOS designed to be installed on already existing PC and Mac (x86) hardware. It's fast, secure and cloud-managed.

Supported ChromeOS versions

Smartsign aligns with the Google Support policy and only supports the version in the ChromeOS Long Term Support channel. The Long Term Support Channel is updated every 6 months by Google.
